Deeply Rooted is a journey through trauma, love, and survival a story about how deeply rooted pain can shape the relationships we choose and the patterns we repeat.

Through stories, reflections, and poems, I share my experiences of childhood neglect, sexual abuse, and family dysfunction, and how those early wounds followed me into adulthood-affecting love, trust, and self-worth. I write honestly about the men I loved, the mistakes I made, and the cycles of abuse I endured, all while trying to understand myself and protect the ones I love.

This book is for anyone who has loved from a wounded place, stayed too long in toxic situations, or felt trapped by the weight of their past. It's not a guide to perfection- it's a testament to resilience, self-discovery, and the ongoing process of healing.
